You've already done the rounds

You don't need to be told to rest. You need a plan.

If you train, you already know the script. The niggle shows up, and everyone has the same useless advice.

  • "Just rest it." So you took two weeks off. Felt fine on the couch — then it was back by the third kilometre.
  • The massage therapist worked the muscle for an hour. Loose for a day, then your next session brought it right back.
  • The chiropractor cracked you and booked you in for next week. And the week after. With no finish line.
  • The physio put a laser on it and handed you three exercises. Too few, too light, never loaded for a body that trains.
  • And the one who finally said "maybe you should stop running." As if that was ever on the table.

No one tested what was actually going on or found why it keeps coming back. You never got a plan.

That's the difference between a practitioner and a Pain Resolution Specialist.

"After months of physio I wasn't seeing progress. Devon correctly identified I was actually dealing with a navicular sprain and peroneal tendonitis. Within 3 weeks I was back to long-distance running."

What's actually different

Find out why it keeps coming back.

A clinical read

Dr. Devon looks for what keeps setting it off, not just where it hurts.

Tested, not guessed

He tests how you move and where it breaks down under load.

A written plan, day one

What we think is happening, what to test first, when you build back.

A program that ends

A clear path back to training, not an open-ended punch card.

The goal isn't relief that lasts a week. It's a body that holds up to your training. And the longer you wait, the more your body works around the problem — and the longer the fix takes.

Your Free 50-Minute Assessment

We go through your history, then Dr. Devon tests how you move and finds what's driving the problem. You leave with a written plan, yours to keep either way.

Your First Working Session

The real treatment. You feel the approach before committing to anything bigger.

3

Your Resolution Program

A program built for your sport, with progress reviews so you always know where you stand. It ends with you back in full training.

What athletes say

Real diagnoses. Real comebacks.

“I originally went to a physio and was told I had simple plantar fasciitis, but after months of treatment I wasn't seeing any real progress. Devon correctly identified I was actually dealing with a navicular sprain and peroneal tendonitis. Within 3 weeks I was able to return to long distance running with much better stability and no pain.”

“Dr. Devon didn't just treat the pain — he helped me understand what caused it, how to prevent it, and how to manage it long-term. My neck and shoulder pain have significantly improved.”

Before chiropractic, Dr. Devon spent a decade as a strength and conditioning coach. He thinks in training load, not bed rest.

Common questions

What to expect at Endura

What happens in the free assessment?

Fifty minutes, one-on-one with Dr. Devon. He takes your history, tests how you move, and writes you a plan to take home. No obligation to continue.

How is this different from the chiro or physio I've already tried?

Most care treats where it hurts and asks you to keep coming back. Endura finds why it keeps coming back, then builds a plan with an end point.

Do you take my insurance?

Endura isn't a direct-billing clinic. You pay at the time of service and get a detailed receipt to submit to your insurer. Most extended health plans reimburse chiropractic care.

I'm a runner, cyclist, triathlete, or hybrid athlete. Is this for me?

Yes. Endura is built around endurance athletes and the injuries that come from training volume.

How many visits will I need?

The assessment tells us. Dr. Devon explains the plan and timeline before you commit to anything.

Do I need a referral?

No. In Ontario you can see a chiropractor without a referral. Just book the assessment.

Start before training shrinks
