More than a quick chat and a treatment table.

Tell me the whole story
What changed, what you've already tried, what you're training for, and what this is stopping you doing.
-
Test it properly
I check how you move and how strong you are, and pick the tests that suit your case.
-
Get a straight answer
I tell you what I think is causing it, and what I still need to rule out.

Start treatment
We start treating it at that first visit, if it's safe to start.

Leave with a plan
You know what to do at home, what training you can keep doing, and what I'd suggest next.

Common questions
Before you book
What happens at the first visit?
I take your history, test the injury, tell you what I think is going on, and start treating it if it's safe to start that day. You leave knowing the next step.
Is treatment included?
Yes, as long as it's safe to start that day. If you need a scan first, or someone else is a better fit, I'll say so plainly.
Will I get a treatment plan?
Yes. I'll talk you through what I recommend once I've examined you. Ask me anything, and you'll see the cost before you book anything else.
What does follow-up care cost?
Individual visits are $130 for 25 minutes or $250 for 50 minutes. Optional monthly memberships start at $125. The pricing page lists every option. I'll recommend the care that fits your assessment before you decide.
Do I need a membership?
No. You can pay per appointment. When clinically appropriate, I recommend a three-month care plan with monthly progress reviews. That is a clinical recommendation, not a minimum payment term. Memberships are optional and you can discontinue the financial arrangement at any time.
Do you direct bill insurance?
No. You pay Endura and receive a detailed receipt to submit to your insurer yourself.
