How I see pain
I don't see a list of symptoms. I see how much you train, how strong you are, how you move, and what it'll take to get you back.
Before I was a chiropractor, I spent close to ten years as a strength and conditioning coach. It changes how I look at a body in pain.
Most of the athletes I see have already been everywhere. Massage, stretching, adjustments, a laser and a handful of exercises. They got bits and pieces, never a proper plan.
So I built the Endura Method around what was missing. A clear read on what's wrong, simple tests we can track, and a plan tied to your training. How often you come in changes as your needs change.
I'll always be straight with you. If I can help, I'll explain what we're testing and why. If you need less care, or someone else, or nothing more at all, I'll tell you that too.
