How I see pain
I don't see a list of symptoms. I see training load, strength, movement, and what it'll take to get you back.
Before I was a chiropractor, I spent nearly a decade as a strength and conditioning specialist. That changes how I see a body in pain.
Most of the athletes I see have already been everywhere: massage, stretching, adjustments, a laser and a few exercises. They got pieces of care, never a plan.
So I built the Endura Method around the things that were always missing — a clinical read, simple tests we can track, a written plan, and a finish line.
I'll always be straight with you. If I can resolve it, I'll show you exactly how, and how long it'll take.
