Short Answer

Can you see a chiropractor today?

Endura accepts same-day visits when the schedule allows. The visit is still a real first visit: Dr. Devon checks what happened, screens for red flags, and tells you what is safe to do today. If your case needs imaging or urgent medical care, he will say that before treatment starts.

"Dr. Devon Savarimuthu, DC, CSCS, says: 'Same-day care should still be careful care. Getting seen fast does not mean skipping the exam.'"

When to call same-day

  • Acute lower back pain

"Threw out your back" — sudden onset, muscle spasm, unable to stand straight.

  • Neck locked up

Woke up unable to turn your head, or acute wry neck following movement.

  • Shooting leg pain

Sudden onset sciatica or nerve referral after lifting, twisting, or prolonged sitting.

  • Acute disc episode

Severe pain with movement, possible leg symptoms — this is the one that shouldn't wait.

  • Post-workout injury

Something felt wrong during training and hasn't settled in 24 hours.

What happens at a same-day visit

Same-day visits are not rushed. You get the same first-visit assessment as any new patient: what happened, what movements are unsafe right now, what needs to be ruled out, and what can be treated today. The urgency is about getting you in quickly, not cutting corners.

If follow-up care would help, Devon will recommend a starting schedule. If it is a one-time episode or needs referral, he will tell you that too.

Start with a 50-minute first visit that includes assessment and treatment.

If follow-up care would help, Devon explains the schedule after the exam and spreads visits out as the acute issue settles.
