Pricing
The real question isn't the cost — it's whether it works.
Transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and a guarantee that the Endura Method delivers — or the next two visits are on us.
Short Answer
What does Endura cost?
The first visit is a 60-minute Endura Assessment for $200. Follow-up visits are billed per visit, with direct billing available for several insurers. The 6-visit plan includes a written diagnosis, a written care plan, a visit 3 check, and the guarantee if your case fits the full program.
"Dr. Devon Savarimuthu, DC, CSCS, says: 'The cost only makes sense if the plan is clear. You should know what we found and what each visit is meant to change.'"
Step one
The Endura Assessment
The assessment is where everything starts. Dr. Devon runs a full diagnostic session, not a quick screen, to find the actual cause of your pain. Most patients leave knowing more about what is going on in their body than they have learned from any previous practitioner.
You walk away with three things on day one: a clear diagnosis, a written care plan, and a specific recovery timeline. No "let's see how you respond." No open-ended commitment.
The program
The Endura Method
A six-visit program with a clear goal. All visits are pre-booked on day one, so there is a finish line built in from the start. This is the full Endura Method, not an open-ended treatment plan.
Full assessment
A thorough diagnostic session to find what's actually causing the problem.
Written care plan on day one
Leave your first visit knowing exactly what the treatment plan is, step by step.
Real recovery timeline
A specific, honest timeline from visit one. Not "come back and we'll see."
5 follow-up visits
All 6 visits pre-booked from the start. A finish line built into the program.
Direct access between visits
Questions answered between sessions, not at the next appointment.
Check-in after every session
Dr. Devon follows up after each visit to track your progress and adjust if needed.
You'll speak directly with Dr. Devon — not a receptionist.
Individual visits
Per-visit pricing
25-min follow-up
Standard follow-up session within the Endura Method.
50-min follow-up
For complex cases or phases of the program requiring more hands-on time.
X-ray requisition + reports
Dr. Devon will requisition imaging and provide written reports at no additional cost when clinically indicated.
Insurance
Direct billing available.
Endura direct bills the following insurers — patients with these plans pay nothing out of pocket at time of service:
For all other insurers, patients pay at time of service and submit to their provider for reimbursement. Most extended health plans cover chiropractic — typically $300–$1,500/year depending on the plan.
Guaranteed in 6 visits — or the next two are on us.
If you finish all 6 visits, do the at-home exercises, and don't feel a real improvement in the thing pain was stopping you from doing, the next two visits are on us. No asterisks. No fine print.
You'll speak directly with Dr. Devon — not a receptionist.
