Endura Community Run
Run with us.
A free, weekly social run for anyone who wants to move more and feel better. No pace requirement, no pressure — just show up.
The format
What it looks like.
A weekly out-and-back run at a conversational pace — roughly 6:30–7:00 min/km. Around 5K. Everyone turns around at the same time and everyone finishes together. That's the one rule that makes everything else work.
Dr. Devon runs from the back. Not because he's slow — because the person having the hardest day shouldn't run alone. If you need to walk, say so and we all walk. That's not a consolation; that's the culture.
The five minutes before and after the run are as valuable as the run itself. There's no agenda. Just people who showed up, stretched out, and talked. That part doesn't get rushed.

Who it's for
Everyone who can maintain a slow jog is welcome.
This was designed with the 40–75 demographic in mind — people who want to keep moving, who aren't chasing a finish time, and who run better with a group than alone. But there's no age requirement and no pace test. If you can jog at 7:00/km, you belong here.
Most regulars are current or former Endura patients. Friends of patients are always welcome — just bring them along. The only requirement is that you're there to move and not leave anyone behind.
